Armand Remberger

Specialist Advisor for International Tax Law

Armand Remberger has been active as a tax advisor at SBP since 2001. He is also a specialist advisor for international tax law. His focus lies, in addition to the “classic” tax advice, on international tax law and business taxes. He has special know-how in the comprehensive tax-related support of foundations and non-profit organizations and in the design of succession plans.

His mandates often involve complex cross-border elements. In the field of business tax advice, Mr. Remberger is regularly called in by colleagues from other offices, in particular regarding issues of company start-up, restructuring and reclassification. In addition, he provides advise on business management topics such as organization, financing and planning of businesses.

Armand Remberger has been active in the foundation board of charitable foundations for many years.
