Dr. David Quack

Dr. David Quack has been active at SBP since 2020, initially as a research associate, then as a trainee lawyer, and since 2023 as a lawyer. His focus lies on the commercial and corporate law, labor law, commercial tenancy law and inheritance law. In these fields, he is active both in advisory matters and in litigations.
As part of his studies at the Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich, Dr. Quack spent a semester abroad at the Universidade Nova de Lisboa; moreover, during his time as a trainee lawyer he was active at the Federal Foreign Office in Istanbul at the Consulate General. Dr. Quack received his doctorate at the Ludwig-Maximilians University under Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Hau on the topic of “Risks of abuse in settlements in class actions”.
